Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.

A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Denmark)
Shipping is calculated per kg (not per order) based on carrier:

GLS Pakkeshop: from 59 DKK

Danske Fragtmænd: up to 299 DKK
Delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to most of Europe, the USA, and Asia.

Europe (excluding UK): 7–14 business days

USA & Asia: 14–21 business days

Orders to Norway require special customs handling and must be placed through a local partner.
Pricing:

Rates vary depending on weight, destination, and carrier (UPS, FedEx, DB Schenker, etc.).

Tracking Your Order

GLS & PostNord: Tracking sent automatically to the email provided at checkout.

Danske Fragtmænd & DB Schenker: Tracking provided via carrier and forwarded to you.

UPS & FedEx: Labels created manually; tracking emailed once available.

Missing or Delayed Deliveries
